Ben has always been a keen sportsman.  He spent most of his childhood a successful swimmer, runner and triathlete.  This passion for sport lead him into Health and Physical Education teaching and coaching almost 15 years ago.   

Ben started his business On Track Running in 2006.  He saw the need to bring like minded athletes together to help each other to achieve their dreams and goals. Ben has been fortunate to have over 30 athletes represent their State for running and win numerous Nationals medals.  He has also had one athlete represent Australia on 2 occasions bringing home four international medals (3 of those GOLD).

 Ben has coached hundreds of youth athletes of all different abilities to run.  Running is the basis and foundation for most sports.  His main goal is to encourage, develop and improve every athlete’s running technique and ability for their chosen sport.
